Slowly making my way to full eagle 🦅 grip on the hang, these are a really interesting way of exploring several concepts at once within the context of the chin-up. Maintenance of the active flexibility in the l-hang whilst completing the pull asks lots of interesting questions in terms of task appropriate tension, the way the leverage change affects the false grip and pulling in a much straighter line (tell tale sign is of the feet dropping upon pulling).
