Kesh is a wonderful trainer and an inspiring human being. He made me walk again when doctors predicted that I may never. Thank you Kesh.

Testing the false grip and core strength simultaneously with some l-hang ring chins. Tricky little blighters these to make smooth and demonstrate effortless power! Slowly making my way to full eagle 🦅 grip on the hang, these are a really interesting way of exploring several concepts at once within the context of the chin-up. Maintenance of the active flexibility in the l-hang whilst completing the pull asks lots of interesting questions in terms of task appropriate tension, the way the leverage change affects the false grip and pulling in a much straighter line (tell tale sign is of the feet dropping upon pulling). I love gymnastics progressions as it gives us so many options to alter loading, test mobility, explore different connections in the body and stimulate new growth, both body and mind. @restorehuman we have a range of contexts to explore once you have healthy joint function and our base strength signposts. #restorehuman #strength #fitness #workout #gymnastics #vancouver #london #crossfit #yoga #health #mobility #yvr #vanlife #rings #core #calisthenics
